IC leader: Elsynia
OOC admin: @Sweet_Roll_Thief
A new council must be selected, or rather, four new advisors for the Treethane Elsynia. Inactive/old council can be moved to a new title: The Rooted.
The Rooted: A title given to ex members of the council to show they are highly respected members of the community.
Advisor Role: Advisers do just that: They advise and give counsel to the Treethane on matters of importance and to the townsfolk in general with decisions of importance.
The order thus far looks like this:

Officers will be presented the list of candidates and will sort out OOC and IC pros, cons, and qualifications.
These candidates will be presented then to the current active council IC to pick from and mull over.
Qualifications for candidates:
- IC should have some reason to be
- Should be a respectable member of the town (Should not be a repeat offender of guild rules)
- MUST BE AN ACTIVE RPER
- Should be able to handle the responsibility (Is not a bleeder, does not already hold too many obligations IC, should not be a god modder)
The biggest by and large is that they are active. Not just online, but active in RP. We need a council that rpers see.

This is not to give arbitrary power to people, and is a form of bleeding. It happens, but it is avoidable as long as the qualifications are kept in mind.
This council needs to be seen by our member base IC as a form of reason and law.
That said, it’s good to note the council doesn’t have to be lawful good, or even good aligned privately (Racuvar *cough*). Corruption is a thing and conflict IC makes for good RP.
The idea behind this is crafting RP plots and in general RP, moral dilemmas and decisions will come up. These decisions may be simple, Should we open up trade with this group? to complicated, How do we deal with this child vampire who killed all our livestock and stole my shoes?
This will be even more critical if we chose to interact with other guilds down the road, which honestly, would be fantastic for RP as you know.
