About the town, on lampposts, trees, tables, and walls, flyers are posted, carrying an urgent message to any who read.
As I'm sure has come to the attention of many of you already, notorious criminal and long-time antagonist of our fair citizenship, Daro'Zhinda, has been apprehended and now resides in the Vulkwasten prison, in wait for Dominion officials to secure her for transport to the Capital for trial.
However, despite her imprisonment, she still remains a viable threat. Under no circumstances is anyone to near the prison without at least two guardsmen on hand as protection, nor are any to interfere with the guardsmen who are posted outside of the cell. Once the Thalmor arrive to receive Daro'Zhinda, they are not to be distracted from their duties.
Gods willing, this is the end of the terrorism of the Blue Skooma Corporation. Remain vigilant.
