Check-Ins
Commerce: “I finally got around to doing the bank reorganize. Yay. We still need jute (surprise surprise). I also have Teeny helping me out with bank stuff each month with the organizing. She helped me for december.”
Diplomacy: “We have recruited 23 new players since our last Officer Meeting on 12/16. We have slowed down recruiting a bit due to the holidays, but plan on picking it back up after New Years. Most of our new members are being recruited through zone chat, with a few trickling in from the bump at TESO. We have also had a couple of members recruit someone - thanks Sheep.” (i'm helping, i'm helping!)
Roster: “Thanks to Rogin we have a wonderful influx of new peeps. I've been able to keep up so far, but I notice only about half are submitting char sheets. Those half are the ones who seem to jump right into rp anyway, so it's good. We have only had I believe two issues with someone having problems with their character sheet, and one person who never responds to me. Sooo...ye.”
Scribe: Nothing much to report in. Vulk new town plan hasn’t done much for moving RP. A little bit has moved out of the tavern but the amount is extremely small.
New Members
Problems with intergrating new members into RP. Solution is using the factions. Website Application will be updated to include a segment that asks what Faction a new member would like to join. The OOC leader of a faction will then check a document of a list of new members and their wanted factions, and then can introduce those that chose their faction to everyone. OOC admins are required to attend officer meetings and recruit new members from the list to their faction and give factionless people a faction (everyone needs a faction).
New Life Festival[/size]
There will be a New life festival in vulkwasten on the 9th of January 2016! Join us in the middle of Vulkwasten for food, drink, dancing contests, riddles and more! Help is needed for passing out drinks and food. If you are able to help with this, please contact @Sweet_Roll_thief. More Details will be put up soon.
Next Event
Murder Mystery: A body is found in the town common room left with a note. A killer is on the loose and the town must figure out who it is before it’s too late. Event is on this Friday, 10pm EST and the plot will continue for the next 2 events after that. We hope to see you there.
