OOC Leader-
Their job is to make sure the faction remains in line with the power structure of the guild, IE not growing to weak or strong among the other factions, keeping order OOC, communicating events and inner workings to the GM and other officers/OOC Leaders. They would be acting almost as an officer for the faction. They would be working closely and with close communication with the IC leader if the IC leader is not them. Communication is VITAL for this rank
Responsibilities
1. Check Factions Interest Document daily to recruit new members into your faction
2. Keep an eye out for existing members during RP who may be a good fit for your faction but may not be actively involved in another
3. Attend Officer Meetings to coordinate recruiting, activity and RP with the Officers and other Faction Leaders
4. Work with other Faction leaders and Officers to drive cross-faction RP
