Apparent age: Late twenties early thirties. Younger looking when well rested and has taken the time to "get done up".
Hair: long and Dark reddish brown, usually down around her shoulders.
Skin: Naturally light skin that has seen plenty of sun.
Appearance details: Slightly bigger than "petite" Obic is smaller than an average human. She moves quickly and sprightly like one trained in dance or the arts, her movements are confident and subtly cat like.
Voice: Her voice is light and airy she speaks with a joyous sing-song pattern. Her accent is clearly hints at a formal education. ...if her voice ever dips low and quiet, run.
Personality
Obic uses her charm and bright personality to get out of (and often into) trouble. She uses jokes and distraction to avoid uncomfortable conversations and keeps some secrets about herself very secret. She is overconfident and often finds herself in way over her head.
Background
Childhood: Obic Grew up to kind-hearted wealthy Breton traders in Skywatch. Outsiders and never allowed into the skywatch society Obic's family still idiolozed the Altmer. Shortly after Obic's 11th birthday her father joined the Altmer military and was slain in a battle against the <insert here>. Several years later her mother married a poor Altmer. Obic soon displayed a natural talent with magicka. Her step father, although hard and cold helped pay for private lessons and she excelled.
Recent history: She has recently been made an <title> of the mages guild and has set out to make a life for herself.
Notable relationships: Her mother, step-father, a brother and 3 sisters are still living happily in Skywatch. She has a Sister and nephew in the fighter's guild and a sister married to a trader in Elden Root. Her ex.. well, she won't speak about him or she'll say things she regrets.
Strengths, talents, and points of pride:
Obic was always good at magicka and excelled in combat arts. Able to use her quick wits and charm she has only recently used her abilities in actual combat.
Weaknesses, detriments, and points of improvement:
She can't hold her liquor that's for sure. A spendthrift Obic can't hold on to money. She is too often vain and overestimates her own abilities. Worried she's going to turn into a cat-lady...or worse… her mother.
