Faction Check-ins
Mage's Guild (Varus) - A few potential recruits, growing fast. Currently a cross-faction story between the Fighters/Mages guild.
Fighters Guild (Afer) - Had a few potential recruits, but fell off the RP map a few days later.
Department Check-ins
The Diplomacy Department - We have recruited 24 new members since our last meeting. We also took some time to promote the New Life Festival. Ellix and Ali have both been doing an amazing job. Ellix has been focusing on recruiting and processing apps and has been kicking butt. Ali has also been doing a fantastic job getting the new members sent out to Faction Leaders to follow up with. This week we will continue with our zone ads and we will update the various sites that we use to promote.
The Scribe Department - Last plot went well as far as i know- RP outside of the tavern has died down a bit since last week and
The Roster Department- Roster has been steady, been able to send out greetings and edit notes fast enough which is good. Added a -needs to be spoken to about factions- section to the notes and greeting as well. Still waiting on character sheets, but among half that join send em in.
Dream has been doing great with helping approve sheets and keeping track of inactive members.
Only issue is updating trial members on the website, many seem to slip through the cracks and I have no idea how to memberfy them.

Last event was difficult for new players to understand, better teach new members about DM RP.

Spirit possession of peoples and stuff from these gems and stuff like that kk cool.
