Black Gulls Meeting Minutes

On Thursday 1/21/2016 we had OOC member meeting to address some issues and things brought up in a Officer's meeting Tuesday since I prefer a Democratic style of leadership I am bringing choice to you, the current members. After 1 week I will compile input as new rules and report the desires of the members of this faction to staff.

1. Ellix and I am considering a OOC participation rule due to the fact we have people on the roster who never play that character. Should we remove from the company anyone who has not played that toon in 9 consecutive events guild or gull? (That would be at least 3 weeks or more)

2. What about some IC rules? The Gulls are Lawful Neutral to Lawful good in nature, just how naughty can you be and be facing IC discipline?

3. The guild as a whole would like to see factions grow but there is a question of how big? Some members have expressed too many and they no longer feel privileged or special, what do you think? What would be a good number? If size doesn't matter should we implement a leadership system where division heads would be responsible for the combat RP and maybe division RP opportunities?

2.)Other than following the laws, there should be some rules to keep order with the group itself. Just kind of like the general respect your comrades things.
3.)A leader system to separate groups if it gets too big would work.
