Greetings! I'll keep this short and sweet, for those who care to read it. For everyone else, I can't blame you, I haven't read many of these either! :)

My real name Is Logan, I'm a 31 year old male (yeah I'm gettin' up there... physically anyway ;) ), I'm on the west coast of Canada (Vancouver Island to be precise), and I've been playing RPGs and using my over-active imagination since I was a wee child. I grew up on the real oldschool RPGs, like Final Fantasy (the original), the Dragon Warrior/Quest series, and fell in love with Super NES RPGs eventually like Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana (and you'll never convince me they're still not some of the best games to date).
I've been working on a fantasy story of my own, with a full cast of characters and ideas that have constantly changed since I first had the idea something like 24 years ago, and my one goal above all else is to eventually get it all down on paper (in a coherent format like a novel probably) before I die. :P On that note, I'm quite lazy and easily distracted by things that require less effort, such as video games and/or Youtube, so it might be a while yet, despite having had decades to prepare already... I also like to draw on occassion, but I did a LOT more of it when I was in school (both grade school and secondary), and now I'm lucky if I can manage to finish a single piece in a month (for the same reasons as above).

I'm a big fan of D&D 3.5 edition, as it's the one I know best. I've played all of the "3-D" Bethesda games, and am a huge fan of anything Bioware creates. (They have some of the best storytelling and presentation of any game company in my personal opinion.) I'm a huge Star Wars nerd on the side, but more of the Old Republic timeline than the movie one. Other than that, not much to say of interest. Hope to see you all in-game, when I'm able to get online myself!

This may well be the first time I have ever heard anyone say this other than myself. Respect.

Haha Don't get me wrong, I still love the original Star Wars works, but I'm definitely more interested in the much larger scale of the Old Republic. It definitely helps that Bioware wrote the games that take place there, but I also read all the novels in that era and played the MMO for quite a while. I just like how it's so much more expansive, with LOTS of Jedi and Sith running around constantly duking it out, and there's a lot more diverse displays of the Force before everyone gets wiped out to make way for the movie timeline.
