New Player Liaison is a new rank that will soon become part of the guild. The purpose of this rank is to help integrate new players into our RP and events, and will help us move away from factions being our only method of integration.
Liaison responsibilities:
To be available OOCly to answer questions and give RP tips
To ICly meet and engage with new players
ICly introduce new players to others
Actively try to pull new players into Events (Guild and Faction, if applicable)
We will start with 3 New Player Liaisons, and gather feedback from them. If they feel overwhelmed, or that too much of their RP time is being consumed, we will adjust and add more.
This process will be overseen by the Diplomacy Dept., and we are now recruiting for this position.
