New Member Officer & Liaisons Duties

The Diplomacy Officer will be leading the charge in welcoming and integrating our new members. This includes ensuring your team of Liaisons are making the time to help new members acclimate to life in Blue Skooma.

New Member Liaisons primary purpose it to help integrate new players into the life of the Guild by teaching good RP practices, inviting to events, introducing them to existing members and helping them integrate into a Faction.

Liaison responsibilities:
1. Be available OOCly to answer questions and give RP tips
2. To ICly meet and engage with new players
3. ICly introduce new players to existing members
4. Actively try to pull new players into Events (Guild and Faction, if applicable)
