This thread is a list of all of the current strike and warning holders in our guild, and their reasons for such. If you have any, please reply to this thread with the person, number of warnings/strikes, and what they did. I will update this post with the info.
Please use this thread to check to see how close someone might be to a kick. And remember to talk with people, especially those with 2 strikes, so that they understand continued behavior can lead to a kick from the guild. Also, please be sure to SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING. You can post those screenshots in replies to this thread.

Warnings
These are below strikes. They are pokes and reminders to people that they will receive a strike if their behavior becomes more extreme or incessant.

Those who have violated the rules of conduct once must be talked to and told that they have earned one strike, and that 2 more can result in a kick from the guild.

Made member Vytalas uncomfortable with continuous jokes about people being "moist," and wouldn't stop when member asked, and then threatened to ignore this user. He has been warned via mail about his strike, as no officers were online at the time of the actual incident.

-A warning on 3/31/2018 regarding member harassment; when asked to stop being passive aggressive, Dank continued to mock the individual.
-A warning on 5/11/2018 regarding officer harassment after a warning was given to stop his frequent use of an invisibility spell.
-A warning on 9/8/2018 regarding comments made about someone's art in the Art channel. After a warning was given, Dank persisted to blame the incident on another officer.
-A warning on 10/10/2018, in regards to an offensive slur that was intentionally misspelled so that it would come off as a "meme," and not a racial slur.

-Multiple unrecorded warnings in which Noble was asked to stop harassing members and melodramatically leaving the Discord. Individual warnings will be posted in place of this if time is ever allowed.

Godmods during fights/ altercations. Has been spoken to and warned prior, but the behavior persists. Also had a difficult time accepting what he did was wrong.

Godmoded during a confrontation between Wren, Terath, Ma'azha, Kashya, and the Inspector by acting in a perceptive manner despite his character being blind. Returnd and Kismetta repetitively asked for alternative methods to improve fairness, such as dice rolls. However, after digressing from the topic, Elros began to lie about contacting an officer (namely @BrantRecon) during the Theo/Tory incident, and began directly attacking Wren and Returnd's administration performance.

Made comments that really weren't that big of an issue about furries, I just poked him out of precaution, though what was a simple warning turned into him hiding behind the alleged misbehavior of others in TS, and implying that I and our officers only discipline him because she has a rude character. Also seemed to say that my warning her wasn't a good idea and that I should just let him take the strike. Will investigate the TS misbehavior he mentioned, but his handling of the situation was rather rude and he kept trying to turn the conversation away from the original warning. First strike.
Had an incident with her using "cocksuckers" as an IC insult which begins to ride the line of acceptable-ness. I went to approach him about it, just to give her a poke and nothing more, and he quickly turned it into an argument. The second strike is for his attitude while handling the situation more so than the original issue of using that word. View screens of the conversation here.
After a chat in TS, we've voted to revoke one strike. Silky will attempt to be more courteous in communication and we will attempt to let them know when we feel they are being disrespectful so that they can correct the behavior.
Additionally we've decided to edit the rules so that:
-Slurs of any IRL/OOC group (race, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, etc) are totally unacceptable in IC or OOC context.
-Sexual terms/genitalia are allowed in public IC chat if and only if they are IC and in the context of an insult.
He RPed with the Sugar Claw Clan, which is totally fine. However, I (Elsy) received a mail from one of the SCC officers notifying me that they believed his RP was troll-y and that he was instigating fights in the tavern. When their officers tried to step in and deliver IC punishment accordingly, Tsala stepped out and ignored any arrest attempts, which is godmoding. Second strike.
He was abrasive to Talia in the Discord, which to begin with comments and assumptions about her life. These weren't generally issues and he did back down when told to. That is, until he privately messaged Talia in Discord to continue the abrasive conversation. Talia explicitly stated that she had no interest in continuing the conversation and asked him to stop. He continued, and forced the conversation onto her anyway. See screens here. The third strike is currently up for debate.
