There is concern with Elro's officer status.
There have been more then few times where he has acted out in a -less-then officer way, and even acted against what was instructed by the GM.
He never attends meetings unless they concern his character.
His has a tendancy to break our rp rules, rules that as an officer he should know.

There is no god modding, an officer needs to know this and be able to enforce it on others. It looks /very/ bad if one of our own officers is god modding. This can be forcing an action on another character without their consent, or something as severe ashijacking an event.
Any and all actions have to be attempted. The only exeption is if it was preplanned with the other rper. Otherwise, no exeptions.
Illusion spells are a popular one with people, I know Elros uses them, as does Hlor.
HOWEVER. Spells can be broken, and NEED to be lore correct. Just like anything, Illusion and all magic has limitations, not only that, they can be broken. You have to provide a way to break said illusion.

There were a number of times you jumped in to handle OOC issues when people were unable, and I am grateful for it. Now, please feel free to re-propose the Onei. The only change is that you'll have to work with the OOC admin for that faction (I think that's Raccoon?) and she'll be your rep for the Onei here if you can't make meetings, should the proposal go through.
