The following page of notes would have been given to the local Vulkwasten guard when investigators came to the scene of the Horseshoe Island a few days later. A Thalmor private dutifully took notes of the scene, their findings, speculations, and those known or thought to be connected to The Collector through the ledgers left on the island. These were the only names available, written down in various books and correspondences.
