I've seen a lot of talk and some confusion with our policy on CAPS lock in guild chat, so I would like to clarify and explain the guild stance on it.
1. CAPS lock is allowed in guild chat. Everyone is allowed to express themselves the way the wish, and I do not wish to censor anyone, nor should others be censoring anyone; members and officers alike. Of course, vulgar, graphic, rude, and other types of comments as outlined in our Rules of Conduct will not be tolerated.
2. Please don't spam. As it is outlined in our Rules of Conduct, be courteous, as spam is not allowed. Flooding the guild chat with tons of rapid, consecutive messages, CAPS or not, is considered spam. Now, a couple in a row, a handful of quick messages, are fine. Though when it continues, it is spam.
3. If you feel as though spam is happening, feel free to contact an officer or politely say, "Hey I feel like this is getting a bit spam-y. Can we pull back a bit please?" Or something along those lines. Rudeness and otherwise poor conduct will result in a strike.
