Thorn and Menelin's Wedding Screenshots

Hello there. I took a few screenshots of the wedding while having the game super sampled to run in a 4K resolution with all graphic settings maxed out. Here are the results if anyone wishes to take a look. While they were all rendered in 4K, the output resolution is 1080p. This doesn't allow the image to be as large and glorious as a native 4K shot could be, however anti-aliasing is brute forced to a near nonexistence, colors pop very nicely and texture details are very defined.

I could and might still upload these directly to the site, I noticed that images uploaded tend to be compressed and degraded in quality. Because of this I want to at least show them as uncompressed images.




I also wanted to take the oppportunity to get some close up screenshots of characters at this resolution while tweaking the first person Field Of View to get good angles and shots of them without and "fish eye camera" effect that would normally occur with first person view screenshots. I had to get unusually close to other characters to get the full detailed, rendered look otherwise ESO's LOD system would degrade the texture quality on the character, as you can see in most of the images above and in some below with characters not directly in focus. As far as I know, there is no way to bypass that, which is too bad because I know my hardware would be able to handle it.


Since I'm capable of doing screenshots like this, I may consider offering others to get screenshots of their characters taken using these graphics settings for the sake of profile pictures or what have you. If the demand is high enough. And before it is asked: no, my computer is not strained at all by playing this game in 4K. In fact, I usually run the game in 4K unless I want better access to my second monitor (4K doesn't currently work in windowed borderless for me). So it is not a problem to me at all if anyone wants to get screenshots taken.

I think I may not have existed yet for their wedding, unfortunately, and the time travelling device broke about 17 years from now.

The graphic's tweaks worked out gloriously. Thorn may yet be taken on his offers as a professional photographer :P
