Lucius Nautilius Cicero is an Imperial by race, but by behavior he is something else entirely. No one knows where he is born or who his parents are/were, not even himself... or so he claims. Lucius tends to tell a different story every time one would ask about his past and never seem to be speaking the truth, however could it be that he was speaking the truth all the time?
By gazing upon Lucius one would see that he has a fairly large scar on his left chin and which is more noticeable is his eye colors that are the complete opposite of his hair color.
If not one has spoken with Lucius before and only gazed upon him, he would seem like a normal person but if you ever decide to approach him and speak with him, you would find out that he is far from normal. Or sane. Perhaps not from your first encounter with him, but perhaps after your second or third encounter, as he would seemed to have changed personality completely.
Keep an eye on this one.. He is a walking puzzle that is waiting to be solved.
Here are some hints that can help you solve the puzzle of Lucius:
Rumors - It is said that Lucius have killed his parents at a unknown age in an unknown location

Background:
Lucius was born as every other normal child and lived a normal life to a x age. Once he became that old he decided to join the Legions. As he did so, he went through some changes, both physically and mentally. Lucius made friends and met with some very interesting people, anyhow. Lucius was quick to learn how to fight with the sword and dagger. Throughout his time in the legions he had honed his abilities and had gotten a fairly decent rank and salary, however this all changed when Molag'Bal "stepped" into Tamriel. Lucius left Cyrodiil and out of randomness headed towards the Dominion to see how he could use his abilities to better his life.
OOC: Lucius is a character that through hints in emotes and /say can be solved. What I mean by that is one can find out all about Lucius' dark or perhaps light past and find out why he behaves like he does or why he has the scar, or why he wears Akaviri armor, or why he got the name he got and so on.
