SO, with it being my last week of class instruction, all of my projects are due this week and I'm probably going to be very unavailable as I rush to do them all in a sleep-deprived, caffeine rush, because I'm a terrible procrastinator. Just in case I can't be there for the meeting tonight, here's the agenda:

-Re-vote? Kashya had pointed out that he had voted before we actually RPed in Willow for a few days and sort of changed his mind, but he'd already casted his vote, which is something others could have done. Additionally there were concerns about the 3rd option possibly splitting the vote. I honestly really think we should redo the poll, especially since we probably weren't going to be moving this week Fri or next week Mon anyway, with my limited hours and not being around to help get those things in motion ICly. So it's not like a recount would push our event schedule back anyway.

-Wat do Fri & Mon. I will most likely not be around because school is death. If you want to do events, I do suggest picking something of the following as they're one-time, causal, fun events and pretty easy to run, if no one has any other plans. Our officer bank has some prizes that can be used, or we can take
Cities of Tamriel Project
So, we were asked by Kùri-Do, the GM of Aldmeri Initiative, to join in on this project that is basically trying to get RPers in each community (AD, DC, EP) more involved with other RPers of the same community (AD to AD, for ex). We would be working AD-side to really just RP with other AD RPers. The way this is planned to happen by the community is basically to try to bring back the "AD RP Hub," which, some of you from awhile back may remember Woodhearth as our AD RP hub, and weekly markets would be held there.
Kùri is looking to do a kick-off event (something along the lines of a dance competition), which would attract people, and then do weekly gatherings (markets maybe, carnival games, something like that) a lot like the markets to give the entire community opportunities to get together and RP. Additionally Woodhearth would serve as a casual RP hub for people non-guild affiliated RPers.
What Kùri was looking to get from our guild, was simply participation. Not gonna lie, our guild seems to have more active RPers than TDA (the OOC AD RP guild hub), and the absolute hardest thing that everyone outside of our guild seems to be struggling with is participation. We've been blessed with the best recruiters ever, so we haven't much been having an issue with lack of interest and participation, and people notice that we always have casual RP every night, in addition to 2 weekly events, which is something a lot of guilds just don't have the member base to do anymore. A lot of AD guilds are struggling in isolation, and so it seems some may be looking to come together for RP, and looking to us for help in the form of participation. Because, you know, people are more likely to join when they see 10-20 of us around.
I've already told Kùri I'd tell people that this is a thing that is happening, and would encourage people to go, but can't promise large attendance from our guild because I'm not going to necessarily force people to RP there. Plus, we're all night-owls who may have issue with the time.
SO, I guess outside of just telling you guys all this and what's been going on, I wanted to let you know that there will begin to be weekly AD community-wide events in Woodhearth, every Thurs probably starting at 6pm EST. It's very casual so late arrivals are fine. The kick-off event should be a week from this Thurs. I'll make a thread and give out more info as I find out myself.

- Small carnival type thing (games such as riddles, item link contest)

- Cliff Diving (one person acts as target, jumping off into the water, the others have to try to dive in as close as possible to target)
