Leilanath is tall for a bosmer due to her Altmer heritage, with silver-white hair which she keeps neatly tied in a braid and pale skin. Her expressive silver/grey eyes show a constant spark of curiousity for all things, fitting for a young mage eager to learn.

Leilanath is the illegitimate daughter of an Altmer mage, the product of a drunken one night stand with a bosmeri maiden. This fact has plagued her since her early childhood and she has a hard time finding a place in society, whether it be the Altmeri highborn staring down their noses at her or Bosmer simply trying to figure out if they should eat her and be done with it.
Leila spent the majority of her life growing up within the Mage Guild chapter hall of Firsthold after a tragic accident left her motherless. As a result she can be uncomfortable with social interactions as most of her young life was spend nosedeep in a book. Born with a natural affinity for storm calling, Leilanath can be often seen with arcs of energy jumping across her arms...a difficult power to contain, Leila has been sent to Apprentice under Magister Bethany Hawke of the Vulkwasten chapter.

Timeline Update:
Leilanath has gained full control of her powers thanks to her now adoptive mother, Lady Bethany and has plans to wed her fiancee, Eniwing.
Yet the past may darken her doorstep once more....

Due to receiving orders from two unknown Guild Council members and her ties to a certain secret society, Leila broke into the the Laboratory of a reclusive but high ranking mage within the Mage Guild. While doing so she was caught in an unknown ward which caused a necrosis to infect her right leg below the knee.
With the aid of Magister Bethany Hawke, Leilanath traveled to Wayrest to seek a specialist, whom removed the infected leg and replaced it with prosthesis.
