Her eyes are dark and shadowed, with deep black bags under them as if she never gets enough sleep. But they are very caring and warm eyes as if she looks on you with great kindness and compassion. Her hands are scarred, a tattoo of a blooming tree is on her right hand. Her plate armor is well taken care of, it is not shiny or polished, around her wrists and the edges of her helmet there is a slight darkening as if from long exposure to blood.

Sera is very laid back, not one for talking with strangers. She enjoys reading books and learning new things, learning is something that she highly respects. She also loves to drink, a lot, and will challenge any friends to a drinking contest to prove it. One thing she does not like to do, though if she must, is physically fighting. Fighting to her is something only done as a last resort, she sees enough of it on the battlefields and the results in tents. If pressed or coerced she will fight ferociously and until the opponent is beaten. That being said, she is a devout follower of Stendarr (some would say fanatic) and she constantly blesses people before fights and prays over those she kills, typically taking some trophy like a lock of hair or an earring to remember them by. She takes death very seriously and disapproves of anyone acting like it is nothing. She is a healer and priestess first, and a member of an organization second, if she is forced to do something against her order she will refuse and just walk away rather than break her oaths.

Sera was born the last of your typical farming family, she had many siblings who were raised on and worked together on their own farm. As with most of these situations they eventually were unable to care for her due to a lack of food, a drought having killed a lot of their crops the last few years. There was nobody who could take her, so they begged a traveling priest to take her in. Finding out that this little girl was extremely smart and knowing that if he did not take her they would most likely leave her in the woods to die or she would simply starve, he took pity and took her back to the nearby temple. There Sera learned about the Divines and her place in the world. As time passed she grew and developed a love of learning and she also became enchantingly beautiful, it was rumored she would one day become the leader of the followers of Stendarr.
One day on a mission, being sent with a few others of her kind, to ferret out and destroy a group of Daedric worshippers they were ambushed and captured. All those with her were killed, after being tortured horribly, and she alone was left alive. These worshipers, followers of Malacath, decide to disfigure her to make her more pleasing to their god. She eventually escaped and while she continues a high priestess of Stendarr, she no longer wishes to rise greater, nor does she spend much time in his temples. She instead travels with armies, still being commanded to certain companies by the Dominion, to heal and tend to the sick. Her time in the dungeons of the Daedric worshippers has caused her to develop a deep hatred for Malacath's followers, yet she tends to turn a blind eye to other Daedric followers who do not harm others. She also feels great pity to those who are Vampires or Werewolves and tries to help them be cured of their curses should they wish it, though she will offer mercy first and if refused she will kill them if threatened.
