Personality: A small bit crazy but is happy most of the time and enjoys have a good conversation, He will get serious when someone talks about the alliance war such as the Pact or Covenant. Very Rebellious against the AD after what he thinks is their betrayal against him and the Bosmer.
Backstory: Born in Highrock, Raised in Southern Cyrodiil and moved to Valenwood when he turned Twenty. When he left the Dominion army in Cyrodiil at age 18 and a large pension, though instead of going back to his family estate he went to Valenwood. After searching for a region and town to stay in he finally settled on Vulkwasten. When he first arrived he was very isolationist only making contact when in the Tavern, this is where he met his first love which abandon him for her career pursuit in tailoring, then after some time of slightly more socialization with others and more isolationism he met Cirlin his soon to become wife now. Though after he bought his home with Cirlin the Dominion took his pension away for 'lacking in funds for war'. He and Cirlin adopted a cat (Tiger) and a Dog (Puppers) who still live with them today not to mention Cirlin becoming pregnant just a few weeks later. As a sickness for trees went around having them die or very weakened the Green Priests and the Dominon kicked the town of Vulkwasten out and along with Annor+Cirlin from their home just down the road, moving to Cormount. Annor feels betrayed and believes this is the final straw for putting up with the Dominon.
