FACTIONS CHECK-IN
Super naturals haven't got many new recruits. Going through roster to edit, and work on fight system.
Guards, editing roster, making new system for keeping activity up. Also, @kcreble is the new OOC admin.
DEPARTMENT CHECK-IN
Diplomacy: Basically have not been recuiting but have been able to still do apps while away. Elsy has been so kind as to add them in game for me. Should have plenty of time this week to recruit.

@Clilph is running a Bosmer festival dealy on July 10th
DB story plot with AD has been put on hold, due to scheduling issues. Oh no!

Fortune teller comes to town.
1) she comes to down and does the fortune thing
2) throught the week some see visions that make the fortunes come true, and so finally they approach her and are like, "we need to investigate and make sure you're not practicing dark magic" and then they're like, oh wait it's just skooma, arrest for skooma
