What does this mean? Well, it means that if you have a job you need doing, something you need killing, or sweetroll you need retrieved and don’t want to go through the Fighters Guild, you can post the job to the Rats of Fortune.
Villagers need only send out a message or pin a job to the Village Notice Board.
Alternatively, Rats of Fortune will post jobs for all their registered Mercs and Merc groups to complete for rewards. Mercenaries who seek work should check for any jobs posted on the Notice Board in the village.
Only registered Mercs will get rewards for completing a job.

Major plots for all the Mercs could be once a month, but that is still TBD.

This means that your Merc can act completely independent or form groups of their own without ever needing to see each other. However, the power dynamic of this will be watched to ensure no one group restricts rp or growth.

Approach the IC leader either OOCLY or IC. Your character would have access to knowledge of who runs what Merc Group if they are registered with the Rats of Fortune.
If you want to form your own Merc group, apply by contacting (@Raccoonism) OOC, or send an ingame mail IC to the Rats of Fortune Company (@raccoonism)
No character is obligated to join a Merc Group and are 100% free to act independent.
