I've gotten out of the map, but not by accident... I mean, totally by accident, because doing that on purpose is against game rules. Anywho, how exactly did that end up happening?

Honestly, I have no clue .. I didn't do it intentionally when I was inside the Prophets mind during the quest "The Harborage" when he was about to teleport me out, I jumped in the water for giggles and it didn't teleport me back, so I jumped off again but this time I landed in the water and decided to swim off the map where I fell into another layer underneath it.

I typed /stuck in chat to leave the area and it took me back to the cave.
