Physical Description
A Dunmer as pale as can be of average height. He has medium length white hair as well as white eyes, and is sometimes mistaken for a Soul Shriven, or a ghost. The only splash of color on his otherwise colorless body is a black dragon tattoo that snakes around both of his arms and across his torso.

Personality
This Dunmer tends to avoid people, though he will engage with others if vampires or money are involved. He likes to steal from the over priveleged, and does so often. He also takes on bounty jobs, though these are merely a means for him to improve his swordsmanship. Very few things illicit any emotion from him, though he is a very curious mer.*EDIT*
He has recently had an experience that introduced him to religion. He has developed a kindness towards the weak in all of their forms, be they friend or foe, though he still hates vampires.

Likes: Swords, fire, stealing from the ......"overpriveleged", winter, forests
Dislikes: Vampires, bandits, injustice, hot climates, towns, Altmer (especiallly Thalmor)

Background
Named for his pale complexion and draconic tattoo around his torso, White Serpent is a sort of an enigma. His beginnings have been traced to Eldenroot, where he lived peacefully with his wife and son. One night, two men invaded his home, kidnapped this man's family, and threatened to kill them if he did not comply with their demands, which still remain unknown. He complied, and instead of death, a far worse fate was delivered to his family: they were turned into vampires. In order to protect the town, he killed his family. He begged to be executed for doing so, but, instead, he was lauded as a hero. This infuriated the man, and he left Eldenroot.
Unable to forgive himself for killing his beloved, White Serpent forsook his name, and swore vengeance upon the two men and the total annihilation of all vampires.


Why White Serpent has arrived in Dominion Territory
His quest for the two men have led him back to Dominion Territory after being absent for a long time.

Approved 11/13/2016. I should point this out, however: Your character seems to not like the Thalmor, but it's worth noting that the Thalmor of the Second Era are actually not..well, bad. Skyrim depicts the Thalmor of the 4th Era as heinous and dictator-like, but this behavior was adopted primarily after the Oblivion Crisis of the 3rd Era. The Thalmor of the Second Era are a progressive, collective group that seeks to unite the races, rather than turn them into the biproduct of a neo-nazi Tamriel.
