A tall beast of a mer, Burly, long brown ponytail thing. Black markings all over the body. Sloped forehead.
Flairs: Speaks in the Third person. You can't miss em.
Personality
A big loveable oaf of an elf. Seems kinda special in the way he looks at the world. Very childlike in curiosity and the way he views friends. Very moody when he feels like he has failed or is hungry. Has a habit of eating glass, gold, and mugs. Occassionally has flickers of higher intellect. Which could cause him to seem coherent when he's not fully aware.

Why is Perun in Dominion territory?
Because hes looking for his first friend. They once met on a small island off the coast of akavir.Perun was inside of a cave lost and without a torch or light in general. His friend lead him from the cave and then vanished leaving Perun alone.
Background
Not much is known about him other than he speaks a language generally unheard. His first and only friend for a long time had left him alone on an island until slavers had floated by. He hailed them and was captured. His good nature left him vunerable to the slavers tricks. They had kicked and beat Perun for the entire voyage. Had him strapped in chains against a wall. Perun finally tired of being beat, tore the chains from the wall and killed the entire crew with his bare hands. The boat had drifted for months before washing ashore near the port of Windhelm. There the ship was found with corpses picked clean. Bones mashed and splintered. Perun was missing from it. Perun having an insatiable hunger went looking for food and his first Friend. And wound up in vulkwasten after years of wandering. Completely lost and looking to help his first friend.
Upon Finding out his first friend has died Perun has gotten more coherent, trying desperately to say things that match what he knows.
