How he ended up in the Dominion

Faldir has traveled all through the land of Malabal Tor, Greenshade, and other dominion provinces searching for a place to call home. After his village was lost to werewolves he has found no where he wanted to stay, his travels have brought him to Vulkwasten.

Backround

Faldir was born to a nice family and grew up a peaceful childhood, in his home village, playing with the local children and helping with the local farms. But all did not end well for Faldir, soon after he turned of age his village was attacked by a pack of werewolves and all who were not torn to shreds were eaten alive. This scarred Faldir, and he swore he would grow to be the bane of all such terrible creatures. He travelled to many trainers all across Tamriel and while he did not grow substanially in size, his skin grew hard as stone and his sword arm could cut a man in two(Exaggerating a bit of course). All his life he has thus hunted werewolves and defied the daedric god Hircine in all ways he could. Having years of experience hunting werewolves he has developed a keen eye for spotting potential wolves and worshipers alike, and has found many tricks to hunting them better such as enchanting his weapon with a powerful diseased edge, and being sure it is always coated with poison.

Alt sheets don't need to go through an approval process, but I do like to read through them when I have the time, and I would like to bring up two points. I understand you're new to the lore of TES, so I'm more than happy to offer input when I can.

Firstly, and this is more just my own nit pickiness, it's impossible (for anyone that metabolizes) to be immune to the effects of alcohol, and there is no such thing as "alcohol tolerance". Blood Alcohol Content is something that's indisputable and affects everyone, however, the difference is in how it affects people. Being small (short in stature) means that Faldir would generally get drunk more easily, though given his presumably excellent muscle content and higher metabolism due to activity he would be able to process alcohol more efficiently. Put on top of that the ability to maintain greater control over himself and it would be entirely possible for him to be so used to being drunk that he could still maintain high levels of cognition despite being impaired. Think of the nords, they are not immune to alcohol or drunkenness but they are known as a people that can hold their liquor because they are used to being drunk and often can appear to be able to resist its effects.

Secondly, and this is just something to help educate you, during the time of ESO there exists an anti-werewolf cult called the Order of the Silver Dawn. They are werewolf hunters found in game only in the Orsinium DLC, however we have used them in a guild event story line in the past so it would not be unreasonable for Faldir to become a member as the quest where you meet the group ends with the new leader leaving in search of recruits. Do bear in mind that, since a large percentage of the population in Vulkwasten are lycanthropic, Faldir would almost certainly be handled with the utmost level of caution should he make his Silver Dawn affiliation known, and would still be arrested should he commit an act of violence outside of self defense.

Again, this won't keep you from being able to play your character, but it's stuff to keep in mind.
