Interest Check - Administration and Leadership

With recent developments in reference to guild administration, I wanted to learn more about the community's thoughts on guild administration.

But, Kashya, what is that?

Glad you asked. There are faction leaders, and there are guild officers. While the titles can be held simultaneously, they are not prerequisites to each other: this means that you can be one, without being the other. That's besides the point, however. The point of this thread is to ask a simple question: Who, if anyone, is interested in the idea of helping out with Blue Skooma? This thread is completely informal; I'll be running a poll up in the background, but please, feel free to leave your comments and concerns pertaining to guild leadership within the thread. How much do you know about guild leadership? Should more be done to make it known that everyone can apply for these positions? Are you interested in becoming an officer, or faction leader? LET ME KNOW. I am trying to accumulate as much information as possible for the next few weeks, and I need your assistance.

Side-Note: If you think that more information should be available to those interested in leadership roles, it'd be very appreciated—albeit not mandatory—if you could give some suggestions as to what should be done to improve on this. Thanks!

I put myself down as interested in being an officer or faction leader because I would love to help out more. My only issue is the fact I have many characters and can't always be on one all the time. I understand if that disqualifies me, but know I am always happy to help out!

Thanks for showing an interest, Nira. Unfortunately the poll can't tell anyone who voted for what, but the absolute best thing you can do if you're interested in becoming an officer is by applying. The officer application can be found in the dropdown menu provided by the Guild Application icon at the top of the website.

As a new member, I've had a relatively good experience reading up on how the guild is run and what positions are available. For the questions I did have, it was also very easy to talk to officers on Discord to get those questions answered.

I put myself down as interested but I think some of you already knew that xD I can't think of any improvements to be made information wise, you guys have links all over for that info and clearly show what's missing and needed. I'd be happy to help out how I can, though like I've said I'm fairly new to RP in an MMO, but not other forms of RP.
