The Magpie Trading Company

The Magpie Trading Company is a Criminal’s Faction that seeks to provide a (usually) non-violent option for thieves, sneaks, smugglers, free traders, and privateers. In addition, it also runs legitimate trade through the Abecean Sea, ranging from the various coastal ports of call and land based routes from Cyrodiil and into the heart of Grathwood.
Rolls will be done by the Game Master using the public Discord channel. Private rolls will be whispered to the player by the Game Master

Events Include: Obtain, Transport, and Protect.
Contests Include: Archery, Drinking, Riddles, and Knife throwing.
In order of highest rank, there is the faction leader, knowing as ‘The Magpie’, Senior members, and the three sections of members: Transporter, Protector, and Obtainer. Please see spoiler box for more detailed list of each rank. Every rank has their own duties.
The Magpie
Senior Members
The Senior members are the officers and team leaders of each branch of the Trading Company. They are required to be aware of the spectrum of the Trading Company’s business.
Transporter
A Transporter is one of the most legitimate of the three paths, with civilian traders and caravan runners picking up goods from the Trading Company’s compound just past the Bandarri Trading Post, in character. Out of character, it is Serenity Falls, owned by @Kismetta. For Transporters that prefer the illegal path, this would be including, but not limited to fast deliveries of hot goods to or from a location to be sold to buyer to delivered to be stored.
Protector
A Protector does just that! They guard the crew, business, and goods of the Magpie Trading Company. This role will range from simply hired muscle to trained warriors and killers who can ensure that secrets are just as well protected. The legality of this path can vary based on the agent.
Obtainers
An Obtainer is an agent of the Company that acquires the goods for transport and sale. This can be either through an adventurer's habits and treasure, crafter, or skilled negotiators who can cut a deal. It also includes thieves, pickpockets, and second story stealers in the illegal side of the path.
Please read spoiler box for detailed rules. All members are expected to have read them and agree to abide by them.
I. OOC Conduct
1) Respect is owed to all other members. If you can’t play nice, you don’t get to stay.
2) All members are expected to accept the consequences of their actions. Thieves and murderers are not on the safe side of the law and are not exempt from their actions within towns.
3) The faction leader has an open door policy. Send me a message on Discord or ingame mail (Discord is @Katarn-Six#2943 ) with questions or issues you may have.
4) All members are expected to follow the standard BSRP rules of conduct in addition to ones listed here.
II. Trading Company Policy - IC Conduct
1) No person shall speak of their previous tasks with others outside of their path who were not part of it, or are not part of their half of the path. Those who are aware of what their objective is shall know when it is appropriate to speak to others in their path on their current objectives.
2) Show respect to the senior officers, your path-mates, and the Magpie. A lack of respect is a sign that you do not wish to be paid. Repeated offenses will be met with consequences.
3) Those who betray the company, betray the Magpie.
4) Those who fail assignments, shall be held responsible for the outcome of such failures. The company will not help those who do not try to help themselves.
III. How to Join
Approach any Transporter, or obvious Protector! If a Obtainer advises you to join, there’s probably a reason. There will also be a hiring faire for those in the legitimate side of business.
