Character Name: John "Wolf" Rosson
Race: Imperial
Sex: Male
Affliction: Undead? Soul-shriven? It's complicated.

Physical description:

John is a slightly taller than average male human of Imperial lineage. He has short-cropped blond hair, blue eyes beneath thick brows, and a pale complexion. The right side of his face, head, and neck is puckered and scarred by fire, but the wound appears old and healed for some time. He has no visible tattoos while fully clothed but when his shirt is removed there is a tattoo around the middle of his left forearm, a stylized wolf and fox chasing one another with a black bird flying above both, and a small tattoo of a mouse on the left side of his chest.

His black and brassy armor is well worn and made in a mismatch of styles, but it's age belies the quality and serviceability of the leather and plate. His weapon is a great-sword of nordic design and he does possess the strength and speed necessary to wield such a heavy blade. He also carries a well-crafted bow that far surpasses the quality of his sword.

Flair: He will often wear a heavy wolf-fur cloak with a thick ruff around the neck.

Personality:

John is quiet and brooding, often described as 'grumpy'. He enjoys the company of people in small groups, but has no patience for nonsense. He is a man who will give an honest opinion when asked for it, or call out someone on their bullshit. He is loyal and possesses a strong sense of justice, but is by no means a good or noble person.

Why is he in Dominion Territory:

Because he wants to be.

Background:

John once worked for the Blue Skooma Trading Company as a guardsman, before a violent falling out with the Company's leader Ri'sari left him presumed dead upon the balcony of a home in Woodhearth. He eventually returned to the public eye and made contact with the few friends he'd acquired while working for BSC. They took him in and helped him hide until he was able to sign on with a caravan traveling across Reaper's March toward the Bandaari Tradepost. He decided to stay, and start a new life. After joining the Bandaari's local Sugar Claw Clan, he rose in the ranks of the Clanguard until he was given lead the military arm of the clan. Destabilization of the region somehow led to him being put in charge of the tradepost until he was the victim of an attempted assassination that left much of his face and torso burned and scarred.

Further tragedy led John to volunteer for the fight in Cyrodiil. He disappeared among the nameless, faceless masses of soldiers vying for control of the Imperial City, returning to his roots as a blade-for-hire and fighting for whichever side would pay for his services. Seasoned by war, he is both strong and fast, able to use his chosen weapon to devastating effect. However, he has zero aptitude for magic and cannot activate even the most basic of items. Nor can he cast spells of any kind.

John has returned to Malabal Tor in order to reconnect with old friends and acquaintances. His plans for the future are unclear.

Notes:

His few belongings include an old and tattered green tabard that bears scorch-marks, a collection of needles, embroidery thread, and hoops, and a blue gemstone pendant on a braided leather necklace that he does not wear. John disappears from time to time. No word of where he goes or what he does. He simply vanishes only to return days or weeks later, his mood somber or troubled.

Looks good, but you need to separate your Background and your "Why is your Character in Dominion Territory?" sections.

I really need to put a note on the character sheet guide about that.

The two sections are the same section, but I made an edit for you.

Works for now, but the "Dominion Territory" section needs a bit of clarification. This section was primarily implemented after One Tamriel dropped, to make sure everybody was in the Dominion for a legitimate reason. I'm just going to let this one through since you've got experience here, and I've seen you RP firsthand.

Approved 3/21/2017.
