Please do not put your character sheet in the Approved Characters section before it has been reviewed. It has been moved.
You need to put a section labeled "Why is your character in Dominion Territory?" in your character sheet.

ahh sorry for the wrong placement. As to why Kazzah is in Domininon Territory it is described in the background. If you would like me to pull it out and make it a specific bullet point I would be happy to do so.
