Tarethis' journal is a small, leather-bound book with a bright red cover. It has a flap with a clasp that folds over the front, and it seems to have been creased in order for Tarethis to bend it backwards while he's writing. The journal's place is in the dresser at the foot of Tarethis' bed. However, he sometimes leaves it out on his desk.
