Dark reddish-brown hair pulled back into a pony-tail, with a braid behind each ear. He has full-body tattoos and he wears black face-paint, as it adds to his air of mystery and helps with the act of seeming dangerous. He has a stubble beard that is neatly maintained and his eyes are a pale red.

He has a lot of scars on his body, but he heals the most suspicious, or the ones that mess with his tattoos.

Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
He had wandered into Dominion territory about a year earlier, just going from one person to help to another, and overheard that the Dominion was investigating vampirism in a little town of Vulkwasten. On his way there, he heard rumours that he might know two women already living there.
Background:
Nasir grew up in Morrowind. His parents were not very interesting, except they supported him in his enthusiastic study and experimentation with magic. They were patient about him experimenting a lot and his tendency to blow things up or accidentally mind-control animals. While studying he helped support his family by working as a guard for traders, he’s most adept with his staff but he can also competently wield a sword.
When he completed his studies he began travelling as much as he could, picking up work doing any sort of odd job, diving into ruins and temples and learning everything he could. During this time, his parents moved out to the country to work on a farm. He often returned to visit and regale them with his masterful tales, and during one visit the farm was attacked by a group of vampires. Nasir was able to kill them, but not before everyone on the farm was slaughtered and his fire spells had set everything alight. He was badly injured just outside of the farm, and when Pact soldiers came to investigate he heard them ordered to kill any survivors, just in case. He hid from them, and healed himself enough to stagger away. He got very ill from his turning sickness, and when he awoke he was being cared for by a different coven of vampires, who had been hunting the vampires who attacked the farm. They taught him how to live his new life, and he hunted violent supernaturals with them. They established a community where vampires can live in peace, teaching new vampires how to live off of animals or bandits, and working hard to find a cure for the disease.
Nasir decided to leave, realising he could do more good out in the world, he goes where he hears of vampires living among mortals and offers them a safe-house with his coven when he feels they can fit in there. He also continues to study magic, and works hard on creating enchanted items, clothing and tattoos to help supernaturals mask their symptoms.
Recently he found himself cured of his vampirism against his own wishes, and now has to come to term with how he fits in the world now, unable to continue his old life as a mortal.
