Physical Description
Ko'Lu is short, but of about average size for a Suthay-Raht Khajiit. He has bright blue eyes and bright tan fur with black spots. He keeps his hair rather long, but centered on his head because he thinks it makes him look "sleek". He wears differing clothing, as he can never decide what he wants to do in a given day so he changes often. He carries a bow, however he rarely uses it, and will most likely run far far away before he bothers.
Flairs: he wears a single earring and always keeps himself well groomed.

Ko'Lu is not smart, Not strong, and not dexterous. He has absolutely no skills, and survives through pure luck, and the ability to nap through almost anything. Ko'Lu is almost always happy, and even if he doesnt like someone, or they dont like him, he will still try to act as friendly as possible to them. He also seems to be always high or drunk, though that may just be in part to the his lax personality. Or he's just always high or drunk.
Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
He just sort of wandered here, he's not exactly sure how he showed up.
Background
Ko'Lu is an easygoing Khajiit, that talks slowly and always seems to be high or drunk. He is extremely effeminate, and enjoys using that to make certain people uncomfortable. He was born in elsewhere, and was kicked out by his parents because he never did anything for anyone his entire life, but he didn't let that get him down. He makes money doing odd jobs poorly, and uses that money to get drunk or high and laze about as long as possible. He doesn't have much to talk about his life, because not much has happened in it, and most of it is a blur.
