Character Name: Estre Ohtarona

Physical Appearance: Well below an average Altmer’s height, Estre is rather petite for her race. Often blaming her premature birth, the alignment of the moons, or just about anything else one can think of, she makes up for the characteristic height with her large personality. Her skin is fairly tan having spent most of her life outside. She has fairly light eyes with a the hint of an amber undertone. Much like other female Altmer, she’s quite willowy in her physique with subtle curves. The womer also has long, pale blonde hair in which she usually wears up whether in a messy bun, braid, or otherwise for work.
Distinguishing Features: A tattoo in gold ink cuts across her face in a simple, thick line under which there appear to be fingerprints dotted underneath. Her collarbone, shoulders, and collarbone are covered in similarly designed markings of the same hue, simple and with Aldmeri inspiration.
Ailments: Suffering from a genetic disorder from her mother’s side, Estre produces an unhealthy amount of magicka that her body simply cannot keep up with. Her ‘tattoos’ work as seals and can be compared to insulin for a diabetic. The magicka routinely eats away at the markings, leaving them faded and almost flaky in appearance in which case she’s learned to reapply the tiresome and at times painful process once every month. If for whatever reason she’s unable to get to the necessary supplies to reapply her markings, her body would begin to overheat. First starting with a high fever and then the gradual shut down of her organs, she would overheat much like an overactive generator in which death would soon follow.
Personality: Estre generally keeps a friendly, polite demeanor. That being said, she’s normally more likely to be more reserved and proper with Humans as she simply does not want to be emotionally-invested over someone whose lifespan is but a small portion of her own. The womer possesses a sharp tongue and can very well be defensive at time, her temper certainly not helping. At times she can appear shy and withdrawn as she’s grown accustomed to living on her own and being part of a community is all very new to her. Because of such, she can appear to be cold and uncaring though the reality being that she gets anxious. It should be noted she can be a complete drama queen and that she wears her heart on her sleeve. It's generally quite easy to tell how she's feeling as she's very expressive and she has no issues voicing her thoughts. Loudly, if need be.
Likes: Botany, baking treats, tea, people watching, dressing up, willow trees, barn owls, helping those in need, opal, romantic gestures, tending to her extensive herb garden, rose quartz, sleeping outside, star gazing, honey, wildflowers, reading, sunflowers, deer and various forest critters

Background
Early Life
From the coast of Auridon in a town much too small to be included on any map, Estre was born to a healer and a common foot soldier for the Dominion. The family was poor, given financial help from both sides of the family much to her father’s embarrassment. Growing up on a small farm, just enough to support their family, the young girl spent much of her early life indoors as she was frequently sick. On the rare periods she was well enough to traverse outside on the small property, her time was spent at her mother’s side tending to chores on the farm and learning how to heal with both magicka and medicinal herbs. She has never received any formal education however her mother taught her to read, write, basic mathematics, and encouraged her love of reading. The latter which saved her many bored days in bed despite the lack of reading material, she often read and reread all she could get her hands on.
