Telorast Eleint
Race:
Half Elf (Breton/Bosmer, Breton for game purposes)
Age:
71
Sex:
Female
Marital Status:

Sexual Orientation:
Gay

Physical Description
Telorast is short for a Breton, but of average height among her Bosmer kin. Dark hair cascades down from her head in varying styles around the still youthful-looking dusky skin of her face. A wiry-muscled frame belies her primary profession of practicing magic

Flairs: Telorast often switches between mage-like robes and more conventional shirt and pants combinations, but always wears a belt fashioned with Breton symbols in remembrance of her father

Personality
Telorast is typically very quiet, especially around people she doesn't know very well. Coupled with a small dose of social anxiety and serious bouts of depression, this can give the appearance that she is uninterested in those around her, which is actually rarely the case. However, whether new acquaintance or old friend, she is always willing to lend a hand with anything. Telorast is often given to sarcasm and is not above good-natured joking around, but she typically reserves that for those she knows better in order to not offend. She enjoys a good book as much as she does wandering the lands of Tamriel, especially the forests and jungles of her homeland. While she prefers to go unwitnessed instead of drawing attention to herself, Telorast is not above being recognized individually.

Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
Telorast was born and raised in the Malabal Tor section of the Valenwood

Background
Thief. Soldier. Hedge Witch. Healer. Telorast has been called all of these and more throughout her life. As the daughter of a magically-gifted Breton father and a Bosmer mother whose wit is said to be as sharp as the filed points of her teeth, Telorast has indulged a bit of wanderlust in her first 70 years and found herself exploring much of the lands of the Aldmeri Dominion alone and in the company of others.

Most of her early life was spent in Malabal Tor with her mother, Larasel. Her father, Marten, was frequently away on Mages' Guild business until, when Telorast was 20, he didn't return. Mother and daughter were distraught when his absence seemed to last longer than usual until Larasel visited the closest Mages' Guild chapter, where she learned Marten had been killed by his mother, a woman whose inner evil had finally manifested itself physically when she completed the ritual required to become a hagraven.

Overcome with grief and anger, Larasel returned home, collected Telorast, packed their meager belongings, and began the long journey north to the Rift province of Skyrim. Once there, the two hunted the evil creature down, eventually destroying her. Larasel nearly died in the effort, saved only by Telorast's burgeoning healing abilities. Unfortunately, there was no saving the eye Larasel lost to a sharp claw nor the burnt flesh from the hagraven's fiery magic never healed properly. Both women refused to indulge in the Bosmer ritual consumption of their enemy out of contempt for the creature that had once been the mother of Marten.

By the time they returned home, five years had passed. Five more years came and went before Telorast struck out on her own, offering her healing services where they were needed, from village to town to city to irregular Bosmer militias. When chaos broke out in Cyrodiil, she found herself joining the Aldmeri Dominion's military force briefly before leaving to help her mother with a new venture that sees the two women traveling to the island of Vvardenfell.
