Physical Description: Monarch is a rather tall Bosmer, standing proudly at 5"6. She has jet black hair, as well as a band of freckles that decorate from one cheek across to the other. Monarch also has Icy blue eyes, making her quite unique looking for a Bosmer. She is very well proportioned, though she lacks muscle tone. She may even have a belly, as she is a commoner with nothing able about her. Her typical attire varies, but she tends to lean towards a shirt (Normally exposing as she loves the attention) and pants. No weapons to speak of yet.

Personality: Monarch is a cheery, bubbly Bosmer who is quite open minded about most things, willing to give everyone a chance to tell their tale. Since she is so cheery, she tends to be very ditsy and easily distracted by things. While she is typically nice to everyone, she isn't exactly trusting of them. It takes surprising effort to get her backing you, and she often questions a lot of things and details. Particularly, things she is interested in and people she is friends with. Obviously this can get annoying to those that are close to her, but she is very calculated when it comes to making a plan or organizing any situation. One of her strongest character traits is her ability to always make sure she is two steps ahead of anyone or anything. And if she isn't a step ahead, she will figure out any way to get that advantage.

How the Character Got Here: Monarch ended up in Vulkwasten after a series of events and travels that are best described in the background section. (I'll only cover how she ended up in town) After using the money she made, Monarch decided she wanted to fulfill her dreams of travel by starting out on foot. She made her way along the main road until she made a side trip to the town of Vulkwasten. After hearing word of a feral werewolf roaming the area, she decided with no training what so ever in combat, she would rent a room for several nights until it was gone. After the werewolf was disposed of, she decided to keep herself here for a time. See what the town had to offer, and travel more when the time was right.

Backstory: Monarch Wintervine was born into slavery, both mother and father owned by Great House Dres. The parents aimed to keep her hidden from the Dres for as long as they could, but she was ended up being found one winter night. The parents were tortured for keeping her existence a secret and ultimately killing them. The child was then raised by the other remaining slaves until she was of age to work. Monarch worked from the age of 5 to the age of 53, when she was going to be sold into a slave auction in Sadrith Mora. By a miracle stroke of luck, the Bosmer's chains broke when her cart hit a large pot hole. With the opportunity to escape, she leapt from the cart and rushed as far out of town as she could, swimming and running for as long as she could until she found a Pact ship to stow away on. Monarch then moved to the mainland of Tamriel, and made her trek up to Skyrim and would again stow away on a trade vessel en route to Khenarthi's Roost. With no money or any ability to do anything in the small town of Mistral, she began resorting to begging for food and coin. The less luck she found, the more desperate she became. She would eventual start selling herself out for places to eat and sleep, until eventually she found the flyer for the House of Carnal Delights. Seeing that she was already at rock bottem and selling her body, she thought she might as well get paid for it. 2 years of paid service as a courtesan and a large remodeled move to Rawl'ka got her enough money to finally strike out and do something more wholesome.
