CirdinTheShipwright (also @valencirdin and another name) has had multiple incidents of godmodding, retconning when things don't go his way, and general problems with having respect towards other members and officers.
For Context:
This event started with another player being setup in a trap, as he was a werewolf who was known and making death threats towards people in town. This was after the whole siege arc along with several other cursed characters causing havoc among the town. PC's are paranoid about cursed living among them.
During the player's execution (Cimber), his head was removed and it rolled in front of Elros. Elros picked up the head without acting like there was anything strange. Elros is blind. Another PC asked him how he knew there was a head there, and how he picked it up/found it so easily. Elros responded ICly, "I could smell it." With tensions high, my character, the steward of the fighter's guild immediately requested a silver test on him.
Wren and Terath proceeded to try to touch him with silver blades. To be fair our emotes may have come across as 'telling' Elros we were successful, though that was not our intent. Elros started to dodge everything, block everything and was going to shadowstep away untouched when he was surrounded by fighters and mages. The following PM's are between myself and him. He had other reports of godmodding in the past, and almost an identical conversation reported.
If he had admitted fault to *anything* or apologized for *anything* and tried to improve, I would be willing to work with him. But all he did was blame officers for control his roleplay, and us having characters do things to his without his permission.

In officer chat we decided to give him an ultimatum. He could choose to try to fix the god mod problem. We would help him with this, coach one what is OP and not and when a character should be able to prevent other characters from forcing things on them (such as PKing). The alternative was he could leave. This has been a recurring issue with only one reported strike but should have had many more than 2 strikes at this point.
Elros left the guild on discord before this conversation took place, we believe he is leaving the guild as well.
