A borrish man, self centered yet focused on pleasing others. Completely enamoured with his ability to charm and please other people into being his ally, tool, whatever he may want at the time. Not that he can even get it to work half of the time on people not already driven by a common goal.

Why is Rasad in Dominion territory?
Wandering the world since the fall of the empire and losing his unit looking for somewhere to settle into an easy life.
Background
Rasad is a former Imperial Legate. Upon the siege set upon by marco and Molag he ordered his entire unit into the waterfront to find any survivors to try and evacuate them. They were utterly slaughtered. He his self narrowly escaping by diving into the water fleeing a pack of Daedroth covered in his troops blood. He was nearly killed by the slaughter fish but he figured it was better than being ripped apart still alive by daedroth. He was found by a fellow officer of the imperial legion washed up on the shore of lake rumare. When he came too he took the armor he had worn for months and left. Leaving the Legion, the war, and its horrors behind.
