Arm was not successfully replaced, as per usual, but was healed to a stub at the elbow providing minimal dextrous actions. Arlas refused to tell his age, but it is clear he is a lycanthrope. I will spare him only because he lost his arm saving a child from a fellow pack member.

Bruises and marks have been removed entirely from her body. She has not given a cause and has left to her home with her father, Gaethaen Aedaire.

Week 1: She has returned for further treatment and has been properly cared for once again. I removed her father from the premesis and as expected she revealed he had been beating her ever since her mother's passing. Consolation was successful.

The wound has been sealed with minimal blood loss, restoration is advised but unavailable due to the patient's undead nature. Patient is a vampire. He was found among the bodies of several dominion soldiers in an abandoned house, upon closer inspection the patient has murdered them. Patient admits to being a vampire. Patient attempted to kill me. Repentance was not achieved.

Week 19: Eliss was a rich banker, obsessed with hording his possessions, he was buried and the manse was built over his grave to signify his everlasting presence. Arilene is showing signs of Grog's Disease.

Week 20: Arilene has entered a stasis that occured when she entered the basement, recovery is unknown. Exorcism advised.

Week 28: manse has been destroyed. I will accompany Arilene to stay in a nearby inn for the remainder of the treatment.

Patient found naked alongside a river with multiple dead fish strewn about. Patient is a lycanthrope and is suffering from white's disease. Restoration successfully healed minor wounds. Camp has been set up and the patient was given proper warm bedding beside the fire to fight the cold. Patient was gone when I woke up in the morning but returned to the camp looking fully healed and clothed with a basket of fish. Patient does not know his name or his affliction, so I have provided that information for him. It seems he has become a wolf unwillingly and so I will bring him to my temple for proper treatment.

2. Support of Xithic. This would only encourage Xithic in his current course of action, resulting in untold consequences to both of their well beings. Not advised.

I hoped I would never have to write one of these for Xithic. He was assaulted by Wren. I must not let my feelings get the better of me, we are not murderer like her. I was forced to use the aid of my runes to heal him, but it ended successfully nonetheless. He is far gone from happiness. He has found the home I dwell in. He will not have the Curse. Suki will only return his soul when he has been cured of his affliction, so his only option is the Ritual of the Heavy Claw. Consolation unadvised.
