Physical Description
Fayna is a pure white khajiit, with crimson face-paint, as pictured below. Her paw pads and nose are pink, very intimidating. She is rather small in stature, and because of it she’s somewhat skilled in the art of stealth. Her disposure is calm, and she is often seen to be fiddling around with almost anything she can get her paws on.

Flairs: pink nose, pink paw pads, twitchy tail, chews on nails when nervous, actually quite short compared to a normal Khajiit.
Personality
Fayna is somewhat easy going, inheriting the cheeky and sarcastic attitude from her adoptive Altmer father. She prefers to not be on the frontlines during battle, instead dealing damage from afar. If an adversary comes too close for comfort, she will simply run off to gain a better gap between her and the enemy. She can be considered laid back, only because she isn’t particularly open about any concerns or fixations. However her fidgety habits fail her, with her tail reacting to every situation. Fayna is quiet on the job, focused on the task at hand, another trait taken from her father, Ancarion. Don’t mistake her quiet nature to being antisocial, as she can be a rather talkative Khajiit, if given the chance. Especially after consuming a drink or two.
Fayna is ignorant toward Khajiit culture, due to being raised in an Altmer environment. However, she is indifferent towards it, seeing that it isn’t her fault. She’s learned enough to get by, but feels no real connection. Despite her usually being unbothered by it, if given the time to think of it, and with a few extra drinks, can feel self conscious on the matter, feeling that she isn’t a “True Khajiit” and only is one by appearance alone.
Fayna is a tad bit greedy, guarding her gold closely, frequently depositing to a bank and hoarding whatever else she can. She also very much enjoys shiny, clinky things, and is susceptible to getting distracted, despite doing her best to stay focused-- which, over the years she has gotten much, much better at, yet still might stop to swat about a leaf, or play with anything dangly. She will take any job, few things will she not do to earn money, she won’t sacrifice all of her dignity, but she does like gold. Is very sneaky, is very grabby.
She tends to pace around when under pressure, when she truly feels like she isn’t in control, far from what her father had taught her. She has a few nervous habits, such as nail biting, hair pulling, and is generally pretty snappy. If it’s uncontainable, Fayna doesn’t normally disclose any issues, and waits to be alone to express any ill feelings, so that many don’t see her worse coping methods. It isn’t often that she snaps and talks back, but when she is agitated, she’s quite verbal with her hands and often uses them to “speak”. In the end, she is a mage, and they tend to enjoy control, when such a concept isn’t in her hands, her stress can take over. When she is stressed, she is far more likely to be closed off, to demand space in order to let her think and calm down.
Of course, hiding the fact that she is upset is very hard when the tail on her fur puffs up. That part is embarrassing, so to keep that from happening, and looking much less respectable and more silly, she needs to retain some sense of authority over herself. Seeks solitude often when upset, and does her best to meditate, or scratch furniture.

Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
After a very frightening incident of almost losing her father in a battle of the Alliance, she decided to take the mantle for him, although he was very much against it. He returned home, wounded, and told her he only pressed on because it wouldn’t be fair to leave her without a father. It terrified her, and she proceeded to break down in front of him, unable to handle the dark truth that she may very well lose her only family. To her, it wasn’t fair that he fight alone for the Dominion, from then on, she taught herself more discipline than she had ever before. Ancarion was surprised at his daughter's efforts, he had been strict with her as a child, but this was without his intervention. She took what he taught her and kept going.
Background:
Fayna isn’t sure where exactly she was born, neither does her father. What she does know is that, for the majority of her life, she’s lived in Firsthold.
Ancarion hadn’t told Fayna much about her past, he tells her the story of how he found her in a crate, without any clothes and crying. She was very fluffy, he said, although a bit matted from whatever journey she’d been on. The crate she was in was for a plum shipment, and since she had a sweet tooth, he’d given her the nickname: Sugar-Plum. As a child, she was embarrassed by it, but as an adult, she’s kept the name and held it with pride, it was her origin, after all. Fayna isn’t sure how much of this story she believes. But she concludes from his averting gaze, and with the current political climate, he had actually kidnapped her and saved her from the fate of a slave. He said he’s always wanted a child, someone to care for, to have that connection with, but was neither interested in men nor women. In fact, he hadn’t a care for any part of the romantic scene, his teenage daughter trying to get him a date was a futile attempt at best. To Ancarion, Fayna was a gift from above, and he loves her dearly.
As a kitten, Fayna had some semblance of magical ability, however small, but Ancarion saw the opportunity to truly teach his daughter the wonders of magic. She was no prodigy, by far, but with strict lessons and hard determination she has found herself to be a talented mage, a formidable opponent, and a competent colleague. At the time of her childhood, other khajiit children were scarce, so she would find herself alone, and depressed. Feeling like she didn’t belong, but her father assuring her that it didn’t, and shouldn’t, matter. As she grew older, she would find herself caring less and less about her heritage. Ancarion didn’t realize the neglect he’d given to her culture, but saw it if she wasn’t sad, that she was okay, and hadn’t realized the disconnect he caused.
At a younger age, she worked with her father at the Mages Guild, though mostly did cleaning jobs, lacking the confidence to truly test her magical aptitude, only studying in private until she felt good enough about her skills to present to others. Even then, there was never an official recruitment, her magical showcases were simply that, showcases, a “look what I can do” attitude.
Against her father’s wishes, she went off to join the Dominion, thinking that in the end, if she didn’t suffer a horrible, painful, excruciating death-- that he would be very proud! After he’s done yelling at her when she returns home, that is. She’s left him a note, and a nuzzle on his forehead goodbye. She’s now a vagrant, but seems to stay more often in Vulkwasten.
((This was very fun to write and to come up with!! She is very different than my other muses I have on tumblr, who are both murder beans, and from my dragonborn, too! Who’s a sad alcoholic. ( ̄▽ ̄*)ゞ ))
