Ty's First Journal

When out shopping with Ashibah for books and found this leather-bound journal. The leather binding the blank pages was very soft and she could not help but gently run her paws over it. Ashibah said we should get it but what use would Ty have for a blank book? But of course, Ty has a hard time saying no to the cub.

This feels pointless. She has seen a few with journals so maybe they actually help one’s mind?

The other night Ty and S’har spoke about what Ty should be doing regarding risks. She brought up not taking mercenary jobs and S’har agreed. He spoke of covering any expenses. That made Ty feel good, not having to worry about getting paid often. He mentioned her staying home and not hunting but this is something Ty did not agree to. She enjoys being out hunting, it is something she has always done. She will just be careful and not take risky animals.

When in Vulkwasten, Ty read the notice about a guard meeting but anyone could go. She decided to check it out to see if she could learn anything interesting. Ty heard the young khajiit mention Falen and that he tried to run off. She didn’t know he was back. Shortly after mentioning, he strangely showed up. It was good to see him. The last time she was able to see him was around the time he got lost when trying to get to a college or something to study. That was a horrible fucking trip. Damn mages. Ty never wants to think of that trip again in her life. Fucking mages.

Ty has enjoyed spending more time around her home and not off looking for jobs to poke her nose into. S’har has been working in the garden a lot and Ty think it would be nice to place a bench out there so she could sit and read while he works. Maybe she can talk Ashibah shopping with her. The mornings are still very hard for her and she finds herself being sick often so we will have to take an evening trip.

Surprisingly, the bard walked Ty all the way back to the Harbor. She felt it strange that he would go out of his way just to walk this one back. Ty is more than capable of taking care of herself. He is a sweet talker but Ty will not think much of it because he speaks sweetly to everyone. She has yet to decide what he really wants. Ty agreed to his offer of dinner and she hopes to learn more there.

Lately, my temper has been terribly short. She feels the need to growl at every little thing. Sometimes she feels sorry for S’har having to tiptoe around this one. Her mood is probably worse because she feels so cooped up in this house and she has not been able to get out and hunt. It was easy to spend a lot of time out in the forest around the Harbor when she was smaller but now her stomach seems to just be in the way of everything. This cub must be very close. Ty at least hopes it is.
