Physical Description
Simba is a dark skinned Khajiit with russet fur. His russet hair is long and unkempt, as is his beard. His hair is starting to recede, and he’s a bit sad about that. He has read paint upon his face for no particular reason, though he tells those who ask that it is in place to honor rising sun. This is a lie.
Simba normally wears a plain cloth courier’s outfit or his green farmer outfit. Neither is particularly striking, and as someone who intends to blend in this suits him just fine. Small scars show on his face and hands, remnants of his time as a slave, but the lines are difficult to make out against the canvas of his dark skin. A persistent rash around his neck remains from the magical constriction of his collar, even after years of healing.

Personality
Simba doesn't have any major plans for the future. He always assumed he'd die a slave, and as such never bothered to dream of something greater for himself. He enjoys joking, laughter, and living as if his life is of no consequence. He plans to die one day and be forgotten by all the next. As a consequence of this, he tends to put himself in very dangerous situations in order to help people (as he assumes they will go on to do more with their lives than he will)
There is very little that Simba will not do, mostly because he enjoys trying new things. He’s awful in a fight, often fleeing or curling up to protect himself. Fighting back always caused him more pain than the beating he would receive if he just took it in stride.
Simba still has his prankster side, and isn’t above lightening someone’s pockets just to give the items back later. He doesn’t like stealing, per se, but he has been known to do so if the jobs have been light and he hasn’t eaten for a long time. His criminality is out of need or for the sake of joking, rather than a necessary evil in his life.

Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?

Simba was born a slave in the lands to the North of the Dominion territory, but he has been fleeing and taking jobs for years that involve moving great distances. He just happens to be lying low in the Dominion right now, enjoying living with other free Khajiit nearby.

Background
S'Rinbar was born a slave and lived that way through much of his life. While he was never sure of his parentage, many of the slaves were Khajiit like he was, and he learned their way of speaking (though his grasp on their history is weak, assuming most of the tales were merely stories.) He picked up some simple sleight of hand tricks, mostly for something to do at night when they were finally allowed to rest after the backbreaking labor of the day.
S’Rinbar escaped a few years ago. The collar and bracers he was wearing at the time were enchanted to deliver painful shocks in the event of disobedience or if he tried to remove them. The aetherial shockwaves of dueling mages near his plantation one night caused the enchantments to weaken, enough so that several of the slaves freed each other and escaped into the night. They lost track of each other while escaping, but S'Rinbar was able to run through the wilderness, scavenge what he needed, and survive until he was able to rejoin society and earn small jobs. His first employer (a farmer who paid a pittance for help with his harvest) mispronounced his name as Simba, and he took that as his pseudonym.

As a byproduct of being a slave for so long, Simba has a strong inclination to cause problems for slave owners. Most often these are small things, either pranking the owner or deliberately misunderstanding them. At first he would pickpocket the owner or give gifts of food to the slaves, but he soon learned that this lead to the slaves being punished. As such, he sticks to the minor inconveniences he is able to perpetrate while doing small jobs, most often as a courier. This gives him an excuse to go many places and see the things he thought only existed in fairy tales.
