Notsu is lithe build, like her sister, while not as short or thin. Notsu sports more muscle mass due to her more active lifestyle. Like her sister, she is brown and subtle tiger striped, however sports multiple scars from various mistakes in battle. Her armor is pieced together from her travels, and each piece says something about her. Except for the Ashlander top, that armor just looks cool as well as being practical.
She has a rounder face with a more protruding square muzzle, and large deep blue eyes, just like Sura. However her face is a bit more angular. She lost her eye doing something stupid, like she always does, and has a blindspot. Her hair is tied off neatly in braids to prevent it from getting in the way in battle, and like some khajiit warriors she lets it grow out, even though it's a more masculine trait.
Personality
Notsu is a bitch, basically. She's isn't afraid to speak her mind or call someone out, and she will be downright mean if she feels it necessary. However, she still considers herself a good person, because sometimes people need to hear the truth. She wants the best for everyone, and believe that the removal of some people will make the world a better place. Therefore, she considers herself a good person despite her tendencies to commit evils.
Unlike her sister, she isn't too smart, or knowledgeable. She knows picking her battles is how to succeed, but often times lacks the foresight to prevent herself from getting in sticky situations, which she will blindly fight through. Granted with these weaknesses, she is much more in control over her emotions than her sister. She won't jump into fights out of principle or have emotional outbursts that often.
Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
Her sister, Ma'Sura Harlan, moved here to look for her mother. Notsu has no interest in her lost family, however she has a strong attachment to her sister, and will do anything to protect her from a distance. Therefore, she may occasionally be found in Vulkswaston looking out for Sura.
Background
Notsu was born sometime after her sister, and moved up to the Reach with them both to avoid both the war and the flu. They grew up with an adoptive breton family, which Notsu took on more heavily than her sister. Due to their abandonment, Notsu has no interest in khajiit culture or her family, save for the one that has stuck around with her; her sister.
After fleeing Wayrest and the Reach, they made a home for themselves in Falkreath, however an attack by argonian bandits left Notsu afflicted with Lycanthropy, and turned her to see the horrors of the world, deep seeding hatred for men and argonians. After a few years, she was cured with the help of her sister, and Notsu needed purpose in life. Therefore, she went to the lands of Cyrodiil to assist in any way she could.
First joining on with the pact, she realizes just how quickly the alliance was going to fall, and used her citizenship to defect and join the Covenant. Since that didn't work out either, she defected a third time using her race as leverage to join the Dominion. Finally, upset at all three alliances, and all three upset at her, she decided to just help out in her own way, officially being apart of the Empire, technically being a freelance ranger.
After some time, she realized she was fighting a losing battle, and after gaining multiple scars from her mistakes in battle, she left for Vvardenfell to fight a more grounded fight; wiping out the rogue slaver groups. A single ranger vs already guerrilla and secretive groups did not have as much progress as she had hoped, however this is where she is at currently, still constantly breaking from this to visit her sister and occasionally remove her from trouble.
