Background: Sinir-dar, born and raised in Khenarthi's Roost, is a former Officer in the Dominion army. With an incident within the ranks, Sinir took his leave and set off. Being hooked on skooma shortly after the military, he turned to thievery to help pay for his addiction. After being locked away for skooma use, he went through terrible withdraws in the cold cell. By the time he was released, he no longer craved skooma. Now he carries a flask usually filled with rum since his favorite purple bottle was confiscated by the guards.
