Physical Description
Jorva is a Breton standing at 5'9 with a broader build and is heavy for his size, at least over 200 pounds without his equipment. However, this does not indicate that he is slow and groggy as he keeps his body fit in order to keep his mind sharp for spell casting. His eyes have central heterochromia, a mix of hazel and green, which can appear to be amber of color in a certain light (like mine irl!). He recently underwent a haircut and trim, and is sporting a Short Imperial style hair along with a Poet's Stubble.
He often wears armor and is in possession of various trinkets like an earring or amulet, and some of these items are enchanted for practical purposes. He either carries a staff or a weapon around, and it is uncommon for him to be seen in casual or proper clothes.
Personality
A reasonable individual, Jorva often thinks in practical ways and is capable of humor as well as being somber, the latter he finds himself more suited to. As he appears to be extroverted and outgoing, he often withdraws a storm of pessimism and grudge, believing that every one is his enemy except for few that he could trust. While Jorva is not quick to temper, he reserves more than an ample amount of anger and resentment for people who takes advantage of others. Most of his wrath has accumulated from experiencing helplessness, and he takes this very personally. Despite being reserved, he is not a stranger to peril and will jump to action when he feels the rewards are sufficient for the risk. With a practical mindset, his actions and thoughts are sometimes unpredictable as he may behave outside his comfort zone in order to achieve specific goals. Without his love for his friends and an intoxicating attachment to the world, he may as very well be considered a psychopath. Although he has no explicit morals or allegiances to a faction, Jorva is very attached and protective to those he trusts. He is considerate of his friends, but once he is set in his ways, he will be stubborn to the end.
Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
Jorva is a faction-less wanderer. Although he lives in Skyrim and respects the Ebonheart Pact, he will not openly reveal this in foreign lands and is seen as a traveler or mercenary.
Background
On the 25th of Evening Star, 2E 555, Jorva was originally born in Cyrodiil to a Breton mother and Imperial father on a small Colovian farm. His mother was a successful enchanter and alchemist, and his father was a battlemage. After rumors and vague feelings of impending calamity, the family was forced to move to High Rock to avoid potential catastrophic events and continue a peaceful life. However, they simply jumped out from the frying pan and into the fire, or so to speak. Jorva's family was lost during King Ranser's war and Jorva was taken under the wing of his father's best friend, an Altmer surgeon who was like a grandfather to him. For almost a decade, he traveled with the Altmer and was schooled at various parts of Tamriel. He became educated and having already learned to cast spells at a very young age, he honed his magicka abilities on the road. This led him to discovering his specific expertise on portal magic which he utilizes in his daily life and in nearly all his battles. The schooling became actual experience, and the Altmer's lessons transformed from a casual pace to "learn fast or die" methods.
However, by the time Jorva reached the age of 26, the mentor made his departure, promising to return someday. Without a family and friends, Jorva simply only did what he was best. He kept traveling and exploring for a place to settle, form friendships, accumulate his strength, and find his true calling.
However, there is more to the Altmer's sudden departure that will come around to bite Jorva later . . .
