Jade Moon Emporium, Trading & Recovery Services:
Fancy name and title right? Dominion formality is always fun on paper, but all in all when it comes down to brass tacks, this company, this professional group, is more along the lines of a dysfunctional and slightly unique family. Traders, Merchant, Artisans, Craftsmen and Thrill Seekers, many colors for one tapestry. The Emporium was originally formed jointly with a Khajiiti partner, and since his passing fell deeply into disarray, contacts lost, profits marginalized and work running dry. A rash of lucky success and good fortune has brought it back from a seeming grave. Spearheaded once again by me, Junia Woodsong, this time I aim to see this company soar and get rich in the process, an empire of goods and trade from every corner of Tamriel, to match the image I originally had. Faction Information:
The Jade Moon Emporium is a faction largely focused on mercantile pursuits, but most importantly, treasure hunting, pawning and trading. This is the home for those who have a keen interest in adventure, diving into long forgotten ruins of Ayleid and Dwemeri origin, Crypts of the Undead and Dessicated, forgotten temples and ruins and other interesting archaeological sites all in the name of reclaiming their lost riches and artifacts. But of course, what do you with such relics? Why you sell them of course! For heavy sums of gold! This is where the less combat and thrill seeking types fit in well, acting as liaisons to major guilds, private buyers and auction houses, or vendors within Malabal Tor itself. Not particularly good with people or slimy dungeon monsters? No problem! Mundane goods still hold value, swords, potions, clothes, food! You name it, people need it! The Emporium is all too happy to represent budding artisans and craftsmen for a modest tithe of their profits, all while getting them the much needed publicity their works need!
Ranking and Structuring:
Uniforms? Bah this isn’t a military outfit, as long as you don’t show up to work wearing a barrel around your waist, it will be fine! Probably… however, everyone needs their place, after all this is a company, and it’s important that profits keep getting made! Important roles can’t just be trusted to anyone! As such a proper roster will be drawn up and labeled accordingly to be studied whenever it’s needed! The structuring is rigid and represents both time dedicated to the Emporium, but also the value and pay-grade of said members! As follows:

Rules and Regulations:
As with all roleplay, IC and OOC information is at all times to remain separated, meta-gaming is not enjoyable to anyone. Roleplay within the faction events is to remain consistent to the lore of the Elder Scrolls, and all rules that apply to Blue Skooma Roleplay is mirrored within the faction at ALL TIMES. Additional notes, this is meant to be a faction of honest work opportunity, thieves, criminals and those who admit to the conditions of Lycanthropy or Vampirism will find themselves at odds with this faction, or be subject to IC punishment as fitting the crime committed.

Most events will be focused on one of the two internal branches, in the form of dungeon crawls and expeditions in search of artifacts and goods, and bazaar days, which are days where merchants and craftsmen display and offer their wares in the Vulkwasten town center for all to come and browse/purchase. Generalized RP may include transaction on behalf of the Jade Moon Emporium with other factions as well as providing security detail during such sales and transportation to clientele.
