Why is he in Dominion territory?
Aseryl travels for the sake of his will. He would consider himself weak if he didn't venture out into the wandering lands of Tamriel. He'll take whatever he can get from any particular jobs he could get paid for. He stays true to his duties whether it be assisting a group of bandits, bringing bandages to hurt soldiers, or tampering with noble family heirlooms. He takes his journey's and his work seriously regardless of any opposers. A free a spirit and a cold heart, he is.

Background
Aseryl used to be very humble. He kept calm and sought to protect his fellow Dunmer people at all costs until he was reprimanded for his kindness. He had a beautiful wife and lived peacefully in a lesser-known town in the southernmost parts of Morrowind. Together they casually greeted fellow townspeople and attended small gatherings with good food. He wanted so badly to have a child with his wife but she had fertility issues that hindered their initial plan, but that didn't stop them. They decided to adopt a High Elf child.

His father didn't agree with his choice of adoption and despised anything regarding High Elves due to a small infidelity issue he had in the past. Aseryl disregarded his father and removed him out of his life completely after his child's life was threatened before he went through with adopting the High Elf. He couldn't expose his child someone of with such inexplicable intentions. He cared for his child dearly and wanted to teach him new magic and show him how to go hunting like his father used to. He wanted to be the father that he wish he still had, and he was. Nothing could come between the bond he had with his child.

He heard news from one of the townspeople that a nearby village was ransacked and destroyed. His wife grew nervous, but he wasn't phased the slightest. He knew that if anything were to happen to his family he would be willing to die for them. He carried about his afternoon as normal and put his child to sleep telling them a story about 'The Adventures of Talos' before he went out to look for plants for his wife's special soup. She had told him not to go too far because of the recent incident that happened earlier that day. He told her not to worry and that he would be back soon enough for them to spend time together.

Aseryl was sure that the path he always walked through to find these plants was the same, but this one was different. He smelled something sweet and it caught his attention instantly. The scent very familiar. Honey. He remembered what he told his wife but he figured he'd go the extra mile just this once. He followed the honey scent to a great distance, a lot farther than expected. Eventually he found himself deep in the forest as the smell of honey slowly faded. He heard a loud explosion. He wasn't sure where it came from but he knew that he should get back home soon. He didn't get the plants he needed but he could always do it another time.

As he got closer to home he could smell ashes. He started to run even faster to make sure his family was okay. Once arriving in town, he suddenly stopped in his place and dropped to his knees in tears. The entire town was engulfed in flames. He couldn't hear the screams of anyone crying in pain and screeching for help. He was too late. They were all gone. He didn't want to go further into the town. All he could think about was what happened to his family. He was torn. He blamed his father for this unforgivable action. He decided to leave Morrowind and never return until he gathered the strength the eventually kill his father himself. He would do anything to get revenge for what his father had done, even if it meant he had to risk more lives.

One minor thing just needs to be corrected. Talos didn't come to power yet and doesn't until he brings in the Third era, so there wouldn't be any stories about him.

Other then that, this is fine! Approved, 11/14/2017
