Nevea is a somewhat tall Khajiit, who appears lean and agile. He is young and in overall good health. His hair is golden tan, and his eyes are a deep bronze. To other Khajiit, he comes off rather dull-looking, save for his prominent orange fur with dark stripes. Most others don't notice his meager-looking piercings in his ears. Nevea can often be spotted wearing bland medium armor. It's enough to save him from a few glancing shots, but not as tough and strong as the heavy armor he admires on more seasoned warriors.
Flairs: Once you approach him closer, you'll notice a slightly worrisome expression, as if he's uncomfortable to be wherever he happens to find himself. He doesn't look scared, but somewhat confused. The tip of his tail is often damp and tethered as if just previously gnawed.
Personality:
Nevea's most prominent personality trait is his caring and trusting nature towards others. He assumes the best in everyone, though most others perceive him to be naive, predictable, even unintelligent. He is usually quiet around others, likely due to the fact that conversations tend to move quicker than he can keep up with. He lacks a basic understanding of his culture (and the greater culture of Tamriel), and because of this he often feels a bit socially inept. This ineptness is often more than a feeling.
His favorite pastime is cooking, stealing materials to cook with, and selling or giving his concoctions away to desperate beggars or merchants for dirt cheap. He is a slow learner, though tries his best to make a living by doing this. Truth be told, he isn't a very good cook. He believes one day he'll have enough gold saved to open an inn of his own, and remains hopeful.
In combat, he is both hesitant and eager. The dangers of battle are well-known to him, learned vicariously in his youth, but Nevea possesses a deep desire to grow just strong enough to fend off anyone or anything that could hurt him. Self-defense is his forte... if ever anyone admitted to him having a forte at all. He is not an aggressive fighter but will fight off attackers mercilessly if confronted.

Nevea Javandi was born and raised in the Aldmeri Dominion, in a small, unremarkable township of Reaper's March.
Background:
Nevea Javandi was born in the outskirts of Reaper's March to two loving parents, Krin-ja and Duzi. They were poor, but they ran a kitchen out of their tent to get by. His father, Krin-ja, did most of the cooking and selling, while his mother, Duzi, would write the recipes and plan excursions to collect ingredients. They both went missing during one of these excursions when Nevea was 15 years old. The townsfolk spread rumors of shipwrecks, slavers, and ineptitude that led to their going missing - no one knows for sure. Not a single Khajiit in the township seemed concerned for Nevea's fate, and he was eventually forced to explore the March to gather enough food and coin to get by.
Years followed, and Nevea has gained little experience or recognition. He has amassed a small repertoire of basic recipes and used armor, and seems intent to follow in the footsteps of his parents. Each merchant and chef he encountered has had little patience for teaching him, usually turned away by his awkward sociability and lack of skill around a fire. He speaks often about the inn he will one day open, and how he will call it "Javandi's Kitchen" to pay homage to his parents. Those who have come to know him know this likely will never happen.
