Canary in a Kwama Mine (Llevis' Journal)

Llevis' journal is a soft leather-bound book that is small enough to keep in his bag; it seems very cleanly and carefully made. He's scratched depictions of his pet birds onto the front flap.

I bought a new journal at one of the Jade Moon caravan things. The leather smells so damn good. My old one was falling apart anyway, so there wasn't really a point in holding off when there were nice new ones right in front of my face.

I think I've seen more of this Keys and Wraesha business than I should be seeing.

Despite work and my birds, sometimes I still feel pretty lonely. It's taken me a long time to adjust to life here. Part of me still isn't completely used to it. It's easy to forget that I have a few strong friendships in this town. I have people I can go to. I don't really have to feel lonely if I don't want to. This is just a little reminder to myself. Life is good right now.

I think Estre only told me I was full of shit to make me feel better. She doesn't know. What if I do die like Sura?

Keys and Wraesha told me I should talk to her. They're right. Just thinking about it won't fix anything. That doesn't mean I want to, though. I don't want to confront her. She'll just get mad at me.
