Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
As a traveling merchant/scout/soldier/mercenary, Naar gets around a lot selling his skills or his random wares that he finds on his travels. He has never a “home” per say, but he does gravitate to his own kin, which are abundant in the Dominion territory, but leaves at random times, throughout the year.

Background:
Naar was born to a traveling merchant family, in Elsweyr. As he grew older, he was always the sort of muscle for his family, whether they don’t want to pay the Khajiit or steal from them. As he grew into his early teens, his family was attacked and killed in a bandit raid, while Naar was away to a nearby town. The town only would let one of the family in, and it was decided that Naar would go. Once he came back, the Dominion guards had killed the bandits, but Naar’s family was already gone. The guards took him in, since he was only a year away from being able to join them. Naar severed as a scout for some time, usually alone, and behind the front lines, gathering intelligence or watching the movements on a battle field, or occasionally assassinating certain individuals. Naar is very skilled in guerrilla warfare tactics. Since his affinity for nature, he will be seen with random animals following him around, none which have names.
